Child safety

How we keep students safe online.

Here's exactly how we keep students safe online — the checks we run, how sessions work, and how to raise a concern.

Our commitments

What we do, every class.

  • Every coach holds a verified Working With Children Check, checked before their first class.
  • Sessions use waiting rooms and named admission, are recorded with parental consent, and are parent-aware.
  • No private messaging between coaches and students — all contact runs through parents or monitored channels.
  • We follow the NSW Child Safe Standards, with named Child Safety Officers and a clear way to raise concerns.

Raising a concern

A clear way to raise concerns.

If anything ever worries you, we want to hear about it quickly. You can reach our Child Safety Officers directly.

Our standards

Held to a recognised standard.

We follow the NSW Child Safe Standards. That means safety is part of how we hire, how we run sessions, and how we listen.

Before the first class

Every coach's Working With Children Check is verified before they ever meet a student.

During every session

Waiting rooms, named admission, recording with parental consent, and a parent-aware setting.

All contact, monitored

No private messaging between coaches and students — everything runs through parents or monitored channels.

We review these policies as the program grows, and publish any updates on this page.
